Chain Lake Commerce Center is a family-owned and operated business. The facility was built by Gordon Cole in 1998, and continues to be managed by Gordon and his daughter, Erica Farmer.
Gordon drew on his 30+ years in the commercial construction industry to design and build the Chain Lake Commerce Center. The result is high-quality commercial warehouse and office spaces with thoughtful amenities, such as 3 phase 208 volt power, insulated 12'x12' roll-up doors, and an easily accessible alley.
Our goal is to provide superb customer service to our tenants, in order to help their business thrive. We accomplish this by building relationships with our tenants and working with them to find the best space for their needs.
