Chain Lake Commerce Center is a family-owned and operated business.  The facility was built by Gordon Cole in 1998, and continues to be managed by Gordon and his daughter, Erica Farmer. 

Gordon drew on his 30+ years in the commercial construction industry to design and build the Chain Lake Commerce Center.  The result is high-quality commercial warehouse and office spaces with thoughtful ammenities, such as 3 phase 208 volt power, insulated 12'x12' roll-up doors, and an easily accessible alley.
